Overnight Parking is $8.00 per night. (Discounted from $18.00 per night).

These expenses will be added to your room folio.

Your Exhibitor room(s) cannot be cancelled within 14 DAYS prior to arrival, or a 3-night penalty will be imposed. Fourteen days does not give adequate time for a waitlisted Exhibitor to be placed.

I will NOT contact the Embassy Suites Frisco or Hilton International under any circumstances.

I understand I am responsible for ANY damage to my room. Any furniture moved during my stay will be put back in its original position and condition.

Melissa Prince will be contacting each Exhibitor to discuss room requirements. After that conversation, Melissa will send a Square invoice for the registration fee. If the registration fee goes unpaid for more than two weeks, Melissa will start clearing those on a waitlist.

If an Exhibitor/LNS is also a Buyer. Please register as a Buyer too.
